Henkel Extends Contracts With CEO, EVP of Cosmetics/Toiletries

The governing bodies of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA announced they have agreed to extend the contracts of Henkel CEO Kasper Rorsted and Hans Van Bylen, executive vice president, cosmetics/toiletries, for five-year terms, respectively.

“We are delighted that Henkel will continue to benefit from the experience and expertise of Kasper Rorsted. Under his leadership as CEO since 2008, Henkel has developed very successfully. We are also pleased to extend the contract of Hans Van Bylen, who has led the cosmetics/toiletries business to an excellent performance over the past years. On behalf of the shareholders’ committee and the supervisory board of Henkel, I would like to wish both of them, as well as the entire management board, continued success in their tasks at Henkel,” said Simone Bagel-Trah, chairwoman of the shareholders’ committee and the supervisory board.

Rorsted joined Henkel in 2005 as a member of the management board and was appointed CEO in 2008. Van Bylen joined Henkel in 1984 and was appointed to the management board in 2005.
