Lancôme USA President Leaves for Arcade Marketing CEO Position

Arcade Marketing announced the appointment of Serge Jureidini to the position of CEO and president of Arcade Marketing, a global developer and producer of multi-sensory and interactive sampling systems and packaging for the fine fragrance, cosmetics and beauty segments. He will also serve as a director on Arcade Marketing’s board.

Jureidini has more than 20 years of experience in the cosmetics and fragrance market segments. He has spent his career at L’Oréal, serving in various capacities and global geographies. Since 2008, Serge has been president of the Lancôme division of L’Oréal USA. Commenting on his appointment, he stated, "I am excited to be joining an organization with such a rich heritage of innovation, quality and service that has allowed it to become the dynamic leader in its field."

Arcade Marketing has long been the foremost innovator and producer of interactive consumer sampling technologies, particularly in the fine fragrance segment, and has more recently focused on expanding its global footprint, with operations now established in the consumer rich countries of Brazil and China, and deepening its reach to serve the growing beauty, cosmetic and skin care segments. The proliferation of new products in these segments and the natural “try before you buy” consumer behavior in these categories, continue to generate opportunity for Arcade and the customers it serves. Serge’s global experience and brand marketing expertise, having viewed Arcade Marketing from the perspective of Arcade’s customer and as the leader of one of the world’s leading prestige beauty brands, coupled with his demonstrated leadership talents, made him the standout candidate for the position as Arcade reaches to its next phase.
