Announced at a press conference during the 2014 edition of Cosmoprof North America, the Cosmopack NY Symposium is designed to provide Italian-made packaging tools and solutions to international beauty companies and those focused on the North American market. It will include networking and training opportunities.
The Cosmopack concept originated in earnest as a “show within a show” at the Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna event in 2013, and its popularity helped making it an ongoing event, with a recent 2014 edition and plans for 2015 and beyond. An international event dedicated to the entire supply chain of the beauty industry, Cosmopack seeks to foster research, innovation and creativity, trends, and design for beauty packaging and beyond, sourcing materials and ideas from companies across the globe. Its main categories include packaging and wrapping, packaging furniture, accessories and articles, contract and private label manufacturers, testing and analytical services, packaging equipment and machinery, promotional materials and materials for point-of-sale, additional services for the beauty and cosmetics industry, raw materials and more.
The 2015 edition of Cosmopack at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is set to take place March 19-22, 2015, at the Fair District in Bologna, Italy, and the Cosmopack NY Symposium will take place September 22-23, 2014 at the Trump SoHo Hotel in New York.
