Mibelle AG has won the technology category of the Swiss Packaging Award 2016 with its innovative “smartSlide” closure which helps prevent spillage.
For the 47th time the Schweizerische Verpackungsinstitut (SVI), the umbrella organization for the Swiss packaging industry, honored outstanding achievement in the packaging industry with the Swiss Packaging Award. The Mibelle Group was again among the 31 companies which submitted 49 entries, entering its new development, for which it received one of the six awards, market innovation, for “smartSlide."
The closure provides an easy, intuitive way to open the product, dripless dispensing and safe, simple, one-handed closure. The bottle can also be placed upside down when open without spillage practical for shower or facial cleansing products.
