Bliss, Elemis, Intercos Group, StriVectin and More United in Steiner-Catterton Deal

Steiner Leisure Limited has been acquired by private equity firm Catterton, the leading consumer-focused private equity firm; under the terms of the agreement, Catterton has acquired Steiner Liesure's outstanding shares and for about $925 million, including the assumption of debt.

Catterton's holdings already included Intercos Group and StriVectin. Steiner Liesure's brands include Elemis, Bliss and Ideal Image.
