L'Occitane International has sold off the Le Couvent Des Minimes brand to HLD Group and Didier Tabary for an undisclosed sum.The move is expected to allow L'Occitane to refocus its efforts on its core brands, including L’Occitane en Provence, L’Occitane au Brésil, Melvita and Erborian.

L'Occitane launched Le Couvent des Minimes in 2004 and has expanded it to 15 countries, primarily via pharmacies and perfumeries. The brand is "inspired by plant-based skincare and well-being recipes," according to the company and includes popular products such as Gardener’s Hand Healer and Hiker’s Foot Healer.
