RoundTable Acquisition of Revision-Goodier Promises New Skin Care Launches

Guess what? Private equity strikes again in beauty. RoundTable Healthcare Partners has invested in Revision Skincare LLC, a physician-direct brand sold exclusively through dermatologists, plastic surgeons and other specialists (brand names incldue: Nectifirm, Intellishade and Teamine), and Goodier Cosmetics LLC, a niche topical personal care and OTC pharmaceutical product manufacturer.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Revision-Goodier is the third investment from RoundTable's $650 million Fund IV.

Revision-Goodier founders John Muller and Rob Muller "will retain a significant ownership stake in the company" and will continue on in their respective roles as CEO and COO.
