La Prairie announced Elizabeth Lamont has joined the company as its new vice president, marketing, Americas/Oceania. In this role, Lamont will be responsible for providing the strategic marketing direction for La Prairie through all channels of distribution within North and South America, Australia and New Zealand. She will also oversee the public relations and visual merchandising functions.
“Elizabeth is a strategic leader, innovative marketer and consummate collaborator. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry,” said Francois Le Gloan, president, Americas/Oceania, La Prairie. “Her passion for La Prairie, deep understanding of the marketplace and acute attention to the needs of our consumers will play a key role in the continued growth of the brand.”
Prior to joining La Prairie, Lamont held various positions worldwide with L’Oreal and The Estée Lauder Companies. Most recently, she was vice president, marketing, North America for Bare Escentuals, where she developed and led marketing strategies for the Bare Minerals and Buxom brands.
