Clinique Appoints VP, Global Communications

Clinique, the brand owned by The Estée Lauder Companies, announced the appointment of CeCe Coffin to vice president of global communications, effective August 18, 2008.

Since 2002, Coffin has served as vice president of global communications and strategic marketing initiatives with La Mer and since 2004, with Jo Malone, during which time she helped position the brands in key markets such as China and France.

“CeCe Coffin is a consummate communications professional,” says Lynne Greene, global president, Clinique. “She is the ideal combination of strategist, creative thinker and team player, and her position is absolutely key to Clinique’s future growth.”

In 2000, Coffin joined The Estée Lauder Companies as vice president of communications for Donna Karan Cosmetics, North America. In 2001, she added vice president of communications for Prescriptives to her portfolio. Before joining The Estée Lauder Companies, Coffin found talent for E! Entertainment Television and The Style Network. She has also served as director of special events and productions at Ford Models Worldwide and at Elle magazine in fashion editorial.
