Barbering and Cosmetology Health and Safety Committee Appoint Janet Blaschke

The State of California has appointed Janet Blaschke, president of CEO of international cosmetics & regulatory specialists, to the barbering and cosmetology health and safety committee.

Blaschke will end her term on December 31, 2016. Her efforts will include protecting salon workers by assuring professionals uphold all health and safety standards.

Blaschke’s extensive experience in the consumer products and chemical industries provided the committee with outside expertise on its first meeting June 6.
