Edgwell Personal Care appointed Elizabeth “Lisa” Valk Long to the board’s audit committee and its nominating and executive compensation committee, starting on July 6.
Long worked at Time Inc. for 22 years as the executive vice president and publisher for Life, People and Time magazines. She also serves on the board of directors for J.M. Smuckers Co. and has previous experience on the boards of Steelcase Inc., Belk Inc. and Wachovia Corp., among others, and a number of non-profit organizations.
