Estee Lauder Shuffles North American Management

Estée Lauder, which recently launched Victoria Beckham's makeup line and named a new head of M&A and licensing, has  reshuffled its North American management. First, Gustavo Andriani has been appointed senior vice president, general manager, M·A·C Cosmetics – North America. Andriani has been with the company since 2011.

Lisa Sequino has been named senior vice president, general manager, Estée Lauder and Aerin Beauty – North America, effective November 1, 2016. She has been with the company since 2013.

Mendy Charlton has been appointed vice president, general manger, Bobbi Brown – North America, effective November 1, 2016. She served with the company from 1998 to 2011 and rejoined it in 2013.

All three executives will oversee go-to-market strategies in North America, omnichannel retail, digital and social marketing, and consumer engagement.
