New Management for Pola Orbis, H2O Plus

H2O Plus and parent company Pola Orbis announced two dynamic changes to its senior leadership teams. Robert F. Seidl has been appointed chief global business strategy officer at Pola Orbis Holdings, and Richard R. (Rick) Ruffolo has been appointed the president and CEO of H2O Plus.

Seidel served as president and CEO of H20 Plus for the past seven years, responsible for its strategic direction, executive management, operations, planning, and global expansion. As chief global business strategy officer at Pola Orbis Holdings, Seidl will lead and execute the company’s global strategy. This new position directs and supports Pola Orbis’ commitment to expand its worldwide presence, both within its current portfolio of brands, as well as through future new brand acquisitions. A new Pola Orbis corporate office will be established in New York City.

Ruffolo comes to H2O Plus with significant general management, marketing, strategic planning, innovation, and multi-channel specialty retail experience. He has had extensive executive leadership roles in the beauty and home fragrance categories as CEO and president of R4 Innovations, executive vice president of Crabtree & Evelyn’s global business, senior vice president at Yankee Candle, vice president and general manager at Bath & Body Works, and category director at SC Johnson. Ruffolo started his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. Ruffolo will take over Seidl’s previous responsibilities and continue expansion of the Chicago-based, global skin care company H2O Plus.

“We are eager to continue the growth of Pola Orbis and H2O Plus, commented Seidl. “Rick and I both look forward to working on brands that offer groundbreaking, efficacious skin care solutions to consumers.”

Ruffolo shared,” I always have admired the authentic heritage of the H2O Plus brand, and I look forward to expanding upon the brand’s proprietary expertise in using unique marine ingredients to deliver unsurpassed skin care benefits for consumers around the world.
