HatchBeauty has appointed Michael Sampson as president, tasked with continuing to build the brand incubator's portfolio and scaling up existing brands. Sampson previously served as general manager of L'Oreal Prestige Professional Brands, Kérastase and Shu Uemura.

Sampson will lead the "concept-to-consumption model" at the company, focusing on mass, professional, prestige and specialty retailers, as well as acquisitions.
