Coty Partners On Cosmeceutical

Coty Prestige, a division of Coty Inc., has collaborated with a plastic surgeon and skin care expert to introduce Home Skin Lab by Dr. Pastorek Institute, a skin care line targeted toward women with diverse skin problems. According to the company, the line gives it the opportunity to both enter the cosmeceutical market and grow its position in the skin care market in general. The line will launch simultaneously in the U.S. and Europe in September 2008. The U.S. launch will begin on the Home Shopping Network. 

Coty teamed with Norman Pastorek, MD, a New York-based facial plastic surgeon, and his wife Janice, a skin care author and lecturer. The line includes five subsets, each consisting of a 28-day treatment, that include three skin care products and an "e-coaching" program to guide consumers on skin beauty through nutrition and wellness exercises.
