Delta One has revamped its amenity kits by including Kiehl’s Lip Balm #1 and grapefruit-scented Deluxe Hand and Body Lotion with Aloe Vera and Oatmeal, and a dental kit featuring Crest toothpaste.
The kits were introduced on Delta One transoceanic international flights and flights between John F. Kennedy International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport/ San Francisco International Airport. The flights will include hard and soft-cased TUMI bags, allowing customers to access the hard-sided amenity kit outbound from the U.S. and the soft-sided kit inbound to the U.S. This allowed the company to add variety to the collection each way.
In order to celebrate the release, Delta flight attendants handed out complimentary Kiehl’s samples at the New York City flagship store as well as the Nolita and Hell’s Kitchen location.
“Every item in our TUMI amenity kit has been thoughtfully selected with our customers’ needs in mind,” said Allison Ausband, Delta’s senior vice president—in-flight service. “We know our customers have come to expect our industry-leading service, so we're going the extra mile to think of their needs in flight—no matter how big or small.”
