Debbie Rix is Kao Brands Europe's newest general manager, and will be stationed at the company's headquarters in London, taking on the UK territory. Formerly the UK general manager for Revlon, Rix brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic brand marketing.

Rix will be overseeing all UK consumer business aspects across the Kao product portfolio, including brands like John Frieda and Biore.
