Entourage Star Signs On as Face of Mineral Cosmetics Brand

Posted: October 11, 2012

Natural cosmetics brand Mineral Fusion announced actress Emmanuelle Chriqui will act as the brand’s spokesperson for North America. Chriqui will collaborate with Mineral Fusion for various marketing and public relations activities, including retailer promotions and personal appearances, digital and social media campaigns, as well as philanthropic initiatives to support the brand’s commitment to raising awareness about domestic violence on both a national and global level.

“We see this partnership with Emmanuelle as a way to reach a broader audience, and deliver credibility of our efficacy and brand promise,” says Thomas Brown, president of Mineral Fusion. “She perfectly embodies Mineral Fusion and what we, as a brand, stand for. In addition to being socially responsible and environmentally active, she is pure proof that natural cosmetics can be synonymous with beauty.”

Chriqui is devoted to living a green and healthy lifestyle, and continues to be a strong supporter in the fight for women’s rights through her work with raisehopeforcongo.org, an organization that raises awareness for women and girls of the Congo by having their voice heard and empowering them.

“I am a huge fan of Mineral Fusion products,” Chriqui states. “The brand’s dedication to natural, mineral-based products, and its commitment to The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence are truly inspiring, and it’s something I want to be a part of.”

The partnership will kick off with a campaign, coinciding with Domestic Violence Awareness Month (October), to support the brand’s mission to help women in the fight against domestic violence. Mineral Fusion is currently a partner with The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) and is seeking to broaden its reach to international partners. In addition to growing its philanthropic mission, the brand also plans to significantly expand its distribution to nearly 2,000 additional stores in the U.S. and Canada by 2013.
