With 28 years of experience with L’Oreal, Francesco Ferlaino has been appointed to the board of Radient Technologies Inc., succeeding Wolfgang Muhs, who is stepping down after seven years.

“Frank's leadership and experience, along with a successful track record while CEO at L'Oreal Canada and L'Oreal Brazil, makes him an ideal candidate for our board," said Denis Taschuk, president and CEO of Radient. "The addition of Frank will further strengthen and broaden Radient's leadership team."
