Exopack Holding Corporation Acquired

Exopack Holding Corporation, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, announced that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc.

Cello-Foil Products, Inc. and The Packaging Group, which previously were acquired by Sun Capital Partners’ affiliate, will become subsidiaries of Exopack.
