Walgreens, Alliance Boots Announce New Company

U.K.-based Alliance Boots and Walgreen Co. announced the two companies have set up a new joint company as part of their strategic partnership's synergy program. The new company, called Walgreens Boots Alliance Development GmbH, is based in Berne, Switzerland.
