QVC and Home Shopping Network (HSN) are reportedly coming together to form a mega home-shopping TV company to end all home-shopping TV companies. Did we mention that the two combined will be valued at around $2.1 billion?

In a recent article, written by Brian Steinberg for variety.com, the deal is being put together by Liberty Interactive Corp. The company currently owns QVC and controls a 38% stake in HSN. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017 and will result in an independent company to be called QVC Group.

Brands included will be...

  • Zulily
  • Ballard Designs
  • Frontgate
  • Grandin Road
