La Samaritaine revealed it is undergoing a renovation project in preparation for its renaissance. The large-scale renovation will adhere to an innovative environmental approach, and several activities will be grouped together within the buildings that are spread over two blocks between the Quai du Louvre and the Rue de Rivoli in Paris, France.
After about thirty months of renovation, the doors will open with a department store, a 5-star Cheval Blanc hotel, 96 social housing units and offices.
