In order to do so, Revlon will create a corporate headquarters for the Revlon Professional U.S. division in San Diego, California, to house sales, marketing and communications, education, business services and finance for nail brand CND, men's hair care brand American Crew, and hair care brands d:fi, Orofluido and UniqOne. The global marketing departments for CND, American Crew and d:fi will be based in New York.
Martin Flaherty, previously senior vice president, business development at Colomer Beauty Brands, has been promoted to general manager, Revlon Professional Brands, USA. In his new role, Flaherty will oversee the U.S. business for all of Revlon’s professional nail and hair care brands, including category leaders CND and American Crew, broadening the scope of Revlon’s position in the nail and hair care sectors. Flaherty will directly oversee sales, marketing and communications, education, business services and finance in the U.S., and will be based out of San Diego.
Additionally, Sennen Pamich, who most recently served as senior vice president of Revlon Professional Brands, has been promoted to executive vice president and global president of the Revlon Professional division. “This new structure will provide a powerful opportunity to elevate the company’s talent pool and increase efficiency as we look toward the future,” said Pamich. “It will also allow for strategic support to the major sections of the business, and will optimize the way that we can partner with our customers.”
