CoverGirl announced the new face of the beauty brand is music star Katy Perry. Bringing her passion, playfulness and bold style sensibility to the CoverGirl family, Perry is partnering with the brand to delight beauty aficionados and music fans alike when her first cosmetics campaign debuts in spring 2014.
