On April 10, 2018, Smashbox Cosmetics and Vlada Haggerty hosted an event to launch the Petal Metal Collection.
Haggerty worked in collaboration with Smashbox Cosmetics to create the 16-piece collection, available at Sephora, Ulta and www.smashbox.com.
Smashbox stated, "We transformed fan favorites and the newest, hottest Smashbox formulas to create a rose goldmine for highlighting. Luxe, feminine, and infused with the signature Smashbox edge, the collection is housed in limited packaging featuring Vlada’s macro photography. Designed to complement every skin tone, the collection infuses rose gold tones into glow-enhancing formulas."
The event was held on the rooftop of The Jeremy Hotel and featured interactive elements, including slow motion video photo booth and rose gold wall of products to try out with Smashbox Pro Artist, Laura Jane Schierhorn applying touchups on attendees.
