Levy Joins Perfumania as Senior VP, Chief Marketing Officer

Perfumania Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Linda G. Levy to senior vice president and chief marketing officer, effective immediately. In this newly created position, Levy will oversee the marketing strategies and business development for Perfumania Holdings, Inc. retail division and the recently acquired portfolio of Parlux prestige fragrances. She will continue to enhance the retail experience for over 350 Perfumania stores by expanding the product offerings and services.

In addition, Levy will spearhead the creative marketing initiatives, explore future acquisitions, and continue to build brand equity for Parlux LTD, Inc. and Five Star fragrances, including Rihanna, Vince Camuto, Jessica Simpson, Success by Donald Trump, and Tommy Bahama, among others. Parlux LTD, Inc. also will soon announce new prestige designer and celebrity fragrance launches to debut in 2013.

Levy was previously vice president of merchandise marketing for cosmetics and fragrances at Macy’s. Prior to this, she was vice president, marketing effectiveness and direct mail for the former Macy’s East division. Throughout her career, Levy has served in a variety of diverse roles including general management, marketing, sales promotion, strategic planning, operations and technology. Her career in leadership roles spans the globe and in the U.S. at leading beauty companies including Lancôme, The Estee Lauder Companies and Procter & Gamble. In addition to her career achievements, Levy also serves on the board of directors of The Fragrance Foundation and is a CEW member.
