Fusion Brands Announces Formation of Luxury Fragrance Division

Fusion Brands Inc., the parent company of FusionBeauty and Clean, announced the formation of the new Fusion Brands Luxury Fragrance Division. The new division, headed by fragrance veteran Dana Kline, will develop, manufacture, distribute and market luxury fragrances.

Kline who comes to Fusion Brands Inc. with more than 20 years of experience in the field, will report directly to CEO Caroline Pieper-Vogt, and is charged with growing the division by garnering new business partnerships, identifying expansion opportunities and pioneering product development.

Before joining Fusion Brands Inc., Kline served as president of Icon Beauty, a sales and distribution company she built in 2008, overseeing sales marketing execution of Beyoncé Heat, Nautica, Nautica Oceans, Kate Moss and Beckham, as well as the exclusive launch of the Bebe fragrance brand in the U.S. Before that, she served as vice president of sales at Gary Farn Ltd. in charge of all distribution for prestige fragrance houses Ferragamo, Annick Goutal, Lolita Lempicka, Etro, Herve Leger and Ungaro. Throughout her career, Kline has also worked as national sales manager for Puig Prestige where she worked on the planning and development of the first Prada launch and managed designer brands including Nina Ricci and Carolina Herrera. As field sales director at LVMH she launched Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs and Parfums Givenchy.
