The brainchild of partners Sephora and MadameNoire, a new, four-episode digital TV series called ‘Curls Run the World,’ features prominent African-American women embracing their natural curls and waves while introducing Sephora’s product picks for natural hair textures. The series will appear on a leading African-American lifestyle website.

Each episode stars a natural hair influencer promoting ways to style and take care of curly hair. The first episode, featuring Mo Knows Hair, discusses ways to care and style natural hair. In the second episode, vlogger Yolanda Renee, offers suggestions on mixing hair, fashion and art. ‘Chilli,’ part of the R&B trio TLC and a fitness star, discusses how to work out while keeping the hair natural in the third episode. The last episode highlights Aja Monet, singer, songwriter, poet and performer. She shares how being a black woman with natural hair is empowering.
