Tria Beauty

There's another player in the growing at-home beauty device market. Using a non-UV therapy blue light, Tria Beauty has developed an acne treatment that eliminates acne-causing bacteria in the pores. The Positively Clear 3-Step Acne Skincare Solution is an at-home, dermatologist-tested treatment that can be used for all skin types.

By using the Positively Clear Foam Cleanser, treating the acne prone areas for five minutes with the blue light and targeting the most developed areas with the Positively Clear Spot Treatment, results can be seen in 77% of people in two weeks, and 71% of people in four weeks.  At the eight-week mark, 100% of test subjects reported that there were fewer breakouts and 96% reported that there was improvement in the skin tone.

"Tria’s clinically proven skincare technology to a new generation,” said Peter Wyles, CEO of Tria Beauty, Inc. “Today’s tech‐savvy young adults are looking for new and innovative ways to keep skin clear. We are confident that our blue light along with gentle topicals is the forward‐thinking answer they’ve been looking for without the harsh side effects often associated with existing acne treatments on the market.”
