Fashion Group International handed out its 9th annual Rising Star Awards.
Clement Gavarry, International Flavors and Fragrances, Inc., won in the Beauty/Fragrance Corporate category.
Laurice Rahmé of Bond No. 9 New York won in the Beauty/Fragrance Entrepreneur category.
