HBA Global Expo is a "product development event for the cosmetics, fragrance, personal care, skin care and wellness industries." The 18th annual, three-day event will take place from Sept. 28–30, 2010, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, and features new international ingredients and raw materials, packaging and components, contract manufacturers and services on the show floor.
