IFF’s VP/CFO to Resign

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. announced that Douglas Wetmore will step down from his position as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Wetmore will continue to serve as CFO until July 31, 2008. IFF has retained an executive search firm and is interviewing both internal and external candidates for the position.
