Lancôme celebrates 90 years with a new collection designed by Pininfarina.
"Les Exceptionnels" is a limited-edition collection that pays homage to heritage and a celebration of artistry and design, featuring some of the brand's most popular creations: Absolue Longevity Soft Cream, Absolu Rouge Lipstick and La Vie est Belle Eau de Parfum.
The collection comes to life through a collaboration with Pininfarina, the Italian design house.
- The Absolue Longevity Soft Cream
The Absolue Longevity Soft CreamLancôme
The cream gives a nod to the very first incarnation of Absolue Skin Cream, which debuted in 1965 with a jar crafted in ceramic. The jar is hand-crafted around a white porcelain vessel that holds the cream, which can be refilled. This is set within a second, outer porcelain layer, adorned with a textured, brushed gold finish. The lid is designed as golden gua sha—used to bring a sensorial effect to the cream’s application—and is inscribed with Lancôme’s rose agora pattern.
- Absolu Rouge Lipstick

The lipstick is adorned with Versailles 23.5 carat gold. The Absolu Rouge design is hand-crafted in an elegant sculptural shape and textured with sleek lines, with the iconic Lancôme rose agora pattern set at the top of the case. A tactile click of the ceramic rose agora push button opens the case, while the lipstick bullet within is etched with the rose agora pattern, celebrating 90 years of Lancôme’s exploration of the rose.
- La Vie est Belle Eau de Parfum
La Vie est Belle Eau de Parfum Lancôme
The crystal bottle rests on a pristine white ceramic base, adorned with Lancôme’s signature rose agora pattern in gold, evoking a precious jewel. The bottle's signature crystal smile is reinterpreted as a dynamic curve, while the pleated gold ribbon wings, a symbol of effortless elegance, appear suspended.
At the intersection of luxury, craftsmanship and innovative design, all pieces feature precious materials carefully mastered by three renowned French savoir-faire Maisons: Lalique, sculptor of light, Bernardaud, porcelain of royals and Ateliers Godard, the gilders of the Palace of Versailles.
