Capik has more than 13 years of experience working in sales, customer service, purchasing and accounting at Spectra Colors.

She will continue to oversee the operational management of all departments. Capik will be engaged with management in strategies to facilitate operational and technical efficiencies in an effort to improve service and growth.

She will continue to work closely with all Spectra department heads to ensure effective execution of client services.

Consumer products experienced an 11.1% like-for-like increase in sales, totaling 4,172.8 million euros, while professional product sales jumped 10.7% like-for-like to 1,243.3 million.
