Arbonne Hires New Chief Creative Officer

Arbonne International announced the appointment of Michael D’Arminio as chief creative officer. D’Arminio, who was most recently chief creative officer at Coty-owned Philosophy, will lead the creative, marketing and product development teams.

“I am thrilled to welcome Michael to Arbonne’s executive team,” said Kay Napier, Arbonne’s CEO. “Michael is an industry-leading skin care marketing executive with more than 18 years of experience. Michael has helped shape the marketing and creative vision for some of the world’s best-known beauty brands and now brings that expertise and talent to Arbonne’s creative, marketing and product development teams. We are excited to have him on board.”

“In just a short time, I’ve already seen how incredible Arbonne is and how much brand equity and growth potential it has, especially in terms of brand positioning, product innovation and creative development,” explained D’Arminio. “When you combine state-of-the-art marketing tools and cutting-edge products you create a sustainable formula for success. To accomplish this we will partner with our internal sales support team and position our company—and our independent consultants—for amazing growth.”

D’Arminio began his career in global advertising and worked at Ogilvy and Mather and Donna Karan International. More recently, he served as VP of global marketing and creative for Unilever cosmetics international, Coty Prestige and L’Oreal.
