Daniel Minney, Alexis Vaganay and Andrew Kelsall will join Coty Inc. as its future leadership in the U.K. and Ireland, effective as of the close of the merger with P&G Specialty Beauty.

With 25 years of experience working with P&G across many categories and countries, Minney has been appointed general manager, Coty Consumer Beauty, U.K. and Ireland.

“I’m looking forward to leading the new team as we work closely with all of our business partners to inspire and delight beauty consumers within the U.K. and Ireland,” said Minney.

Vaganay is now the general manager, Coty Luxury Beauty, U.K. and Ireland. Vaganay held various general management and marketing roles across personal care and consumer products from such companies as BIC and Unilever.

“My priority will be to continue growing together with our salon and stylist partners, being the best partner in the industry through education, innovation and inspiration.” — Andrew Kelsall

Kelsall has been appointed general manager, Coty Professional Beauty, U.K. and Ireland. Kelsall has 20 years of sales and management experience and is currently the managing director for Wella in Brazil.

“I am delighted to lead one of the biggest markets for Coty Professional Beauty globally,” said Kelsall. “My priority will be to continue growing together with our salon and stylist partners, being the best partner in the industry through education, innovation and inspiration.”

The general managers across Coty Consumer Beauty, Coty Luxury and Coty Professional Beauty will, where it makes sense, share some services and office accommodations, but otherwise each division will operate separately.
