Malek Bekdache is L'Oreal Malaysia's new managing director as of May 1, 2016, after holding multiple executive positions within the L'Oreal group.

With L'Oreal since 1996, after working with marketing in France, Bekdache went to Lebanon to establish a coordination office for the company in the Middle East. He has also been the managing director of the Lebanese subsidiary since 2011 in order to build and develop a hub there.
