Cornelius Group, a manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals, announces Phillip Gibbons as new Group CEO beginning October 1, 2020.

Gibbons will relieve his current position at the Group as finance director. Gibbons will be taking over for Darren Spiby, who held Group CEO for 17 years and will now retire.

Cornelius Group chairman, Neville Prior Ph.D said, "We have been extremely fortunate in having a highly talented individual in the business ready to step up into the Group CEO role."
