The Beauty Company Welcomes New Director

The Beauty Company (TBC) welcomed Debby Muller Fisher, its new director, to the team. She joins TBC after an eight-year tenure at The Estée Lauder Companies in global marketing for the Aramis and Designer Fragrances division, where she was part of the conceptualization, design and execution of new launch strategies, for DKNY, Coach and Marni fragrances. With a strong background in product development and strategic management, as well as global marketing, Muller Fisher will form an ideal part of the core TBC team and help the company to continue to improve and expand the level of service it provides to all of its clients and business partners.

In her new position, Muller Fisher will serve as the central point of contact between clients and TBC in order to facilitate smooth and consistent communication, as well as optimize work processes and flow, both for the TBC team and external partners. Working directly with the founder and creative director, Muller Fisher will also be responsible for overseeing the product development side of TBC's business, tracking the execution of all projects and phases of work per account.

The Beauty Company has enjoyed several significant changes in 2013. The company relocated its offices to Chevy Chase, DC, and, in addition to hiring Muller Fischer, it also brought Kristie Helfrich on board as its new CFO. With her extensive experience as a small business consultant specializing in financial management, strategic planning, and operations, Helfrich will take over the day-to-day financial management for TBC from office manager Liz Pharis, who recently left TBC for a new opportunity.
