SK-II has debuted a new show, Bare Skin Chat, centered around making skin care conversations more accessible—with the help of some entertainment superstars.

The YouTube series brings together comedian and TV host James Corden and actress Chloe Grace Moretz; as the duo gets up to shenanigans like tap dancing and making an ASMR video, Moretz coaches Corden on skin care. (Moretz previously undertook the brand’s challenge to front its #BareSkinProject campaign bare-skinned.)

The series, which will also feature Japanese comedian Naomi Watanabe and actress Kasumi Ariumra, aims to demystify skin care. It launched globally March 25, 2019, with new episodes dropping weekly.

“At SK-II, we like to say – if it ain’t broken, break it. Over the years, beauty content has some become formulaic—glamorous ads, tutorials, how-to videos,” said SK-II global vice president Sandeep Seth. “Consumers these days don't like being pushed product or sold to. We have to behave less like a brand that is trying to sell but a brand that creates a human connection with consumers. With our iconic Pitera Essence, we're constantly reimagining what's possible from a content standpoint to create this real connection and engagement. This time we are launching a beauty entertainment series and we're thrilled to be able to partner with the best comedians in the industry to do this –James and Naomi. We're excited for everyone to start binge-watching this.”
