Chromapol ColorPOP maintains color with vibrant tonality and intensity on all shades of hair, including 100% gray. It also provides conditioning benefits to the hair fiber, improving wet and dry feel while restoring softness and smoothness.

In testing for permanent coloration, Chromapol ColorPOP outperformed the benchmark, providing color protection for up to 30 washes and up to 20 washes with sulfated shampoo. Color protection in the semi-permanent collection lasts up to 10 washes and up to 25 washes in a sulfate-free shampoo that was combined with a conditioner.

Available ready-to-market formulations include:

  • Permanent hair color—intense dark red cherry;
  • Semi-permanent hair color—shimmering pink orchid flower;
  • Sulfate-free color care shampoo;
  • Color vibrancy protecting conditioner;
  • And deep nourishment color reviver temporary mask—intense red cherry color.

“We spoke to women of different ages who dye their hair and identified their needs and expectations about protecting their hair color after dying it and believe Chromapol ColorPOP polymer is what women are seeking,” said Juliana Gomiero, hair care global marketing manager. “Chromapol ColorPOP’s main benefits and high performance are supported by Lubrizol's polymer expertise on color deposition and film-forming properties, making it an ideal solution for vivid color and rinse-off products."
