Handwashing and sanitizing, along with social distancing, appear to be the best moves consumers can make to protect themselves against the new COVID-19 outbreak. And, with the increased use of cleansers, not doubt incidences in skin sensitivity will be on the rise. This will call for skin protection and hydration like never before.

As luck would have it, Greentech recently introduced its Expozen ingredient (INCI: Glycerin (and) Water (aqua) (and) Hydrolyzed Rhodophycea Extract) during the SCC Annual Meeting. The ingredient protects sensitive skin against the effects of the exposome, limiting inflammation while reinforcing the skin barrier. It is also soothes and calms redness while limiting heating and flushed sensations.
