Sensient Technologies has announced its acquisition of Mazza Innovation Limited, a Vancouver-based botanical extraction technology company.
The amount of the acquisition was not disclosed. Mazza Innovation’s addition is the latest move in Sensient’s ‘seed to shelf’ strategy to innovate natural and organic ingredients across the value chain. Mazza’s plant extraction technology will better enable Sensient to meet demand for pure ingredients in food and beverage, nutraceutical and personal care products.
