Royal Bay, a joint venture between Bay Cities and Royal Group, has opened a brand new 323,000 sq. ft. facility in Chicago.

The space includes 40 loading docks and two 8,400 sq. ft. climate-controlled rooms. Services provided include pallet display pack out; full POP display pack out, kitting, rework, labeling, sorting and bundling; blister, cold seal and heat IR sealing; and assembly, including products which need temperature control.

“This brand-new facility in Chicago will significantly benefit our customers with operations in the Midwest and surroundings,” said Greg Tucker, CEO and president of Bay Cities. “We are dedicated to flawless execution, accuracy and speed to market. Due to our proprietary systems and processes we ensure tracking at every step.”

Bay Cities recently showcased its latest packaging innovations at the annual Total Store Expo (TSE) NACDS, which was held Aug. 25-27, 2018 in Denver.

These include various kinds of unit cartons; corrugated packaging; subscription boxes; and displays.
