Lauder Teams with Net-A-Porter.com

Net-A-Porter.com, the online luxury fashion retailer, has joined forces with Estée Lauder to create The Beauty Guide to Looking Your Best, in association with Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv.

Available within Net-A-Porter’s online magazine from October 11–November 8, the exclusive, 40-page guide will also appear in print and be included in all Net-A-Porter and esteelauder.com customer orders dispatched throughout the U.S. from October 11 for two months or while copies last.

The Guide includes a styled fashion and beauty photo shoot featuring the season’s looks from international labels. All featured skin care and makeup products are by Estée Lauder, and in keeping with Net-A-Porter’s click-and-buy principle, they are shoppable and deep-linked to the Estée Lauder website for customers to purchase.

The Guide also features interviews with creative makeup director Tom Pecheux, who offers tips on how to updating a look, and Aerin Lauder, senior vice president and creative director, who talks about her grandmother’s legacy, her makeup must-haves and her fall fashion fixes. Additionally, Estée Lauder’s new faces Constance Jablonski and Liu Wen reveal favorite fashion, as well as fitness and beauty regimens.

The partnership will be supported by display advertising for Estée Lauder’s Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Age Correcting Collection, which will feature across Net-A-Porter’s online magazine, its Designer A-Z landing page and within its magazine app for the Apple iPad.

Natalie Massenet, chairman and founder of Net-A-Porter.com says, “We have developed a loyal following of our weekly magazine, which our customers rely upon to learn about the latest trends, must-have products and brands we believe in. Now, for the first time, we are partnering with Estée Lauder to create an even more comprehensive fashion and beauty guide that we believe will be an indispensable read. With Estée Lauder’s stellar reputation in skin care and cosmetics, we see this as being the perfect marriage for Net-A-Porter to deliver relevant beauty news that integrates seamlessly with the fashion content our readers have come to expect.”

Aerin Lauder, senior vice president and creative director with Estée Lauder, says, “Net-A-Porter has quickly become the go-to site for shopping for global fashion. As an avid online shopper and as an admirer of the business Natalie has built with the site, I am thrilled that Estée Lauder is partnering with Net-A-Porter to more closely link fashion and beauty.”
