Kylie Cosmetics, which has made a business out of scarcity, is now dipping its toe into the omnichannel with its first pop-up store at Westfield Topanga in Canoga Park, CA.

The brand's holiday collection (pictured) will launch November 21.

Kylie Jenner, the personality behind the brand, has already teased the project on Instagram:
