Users of the YouCam Makeup app will be glad to learn that parent company, Perfect Corp., has announced the expansion of its original content offerings by featuring styles created by Latin makeup artist, Roberto Ramos.
Ramos concentrated mostly on looks that were worn at the Latin Grammy’s on back November 17. The popularity of virtual try on apps continues to grow and consumers are often attracted to makeup looks that celebrities sport on the red carpet and at event. The combination of the two has the potential to be popular with users of the app, specifically Latina consumers.
The app also comes equipped with a “virtual glam squad” to recreate the red carpet looks and is accompanied with a step-by-step guide for users to apply the looks themselves. YouCam Makeup users can also shop the looks and purchase the products directly from the app.
Ramos was quoted saying, “Thanks to this collaboration with YouCam Makeup, my looks will reach millions of women, which I hope will inspire them to channel their inner goddess.”
