Founder and CEO of It's a 10 Haircare, Carolyn Aronson, will hand pick 10 finalists that have submitted the most innovative product concept and chose one to ultimately produce. Additionally, the winner will receive $10,000 and a lifetime supply of It’s a 10 Haircare.
