Rodan + Fields has made a name for itself in clinical skin care over the last 15 years, but now the brand has stepped into the hair care space with a line of products rooted in more than 30 years of dermatological science and that takes a scalp-first approach.
Created in collaboration with chemists, fragrance experts and hair stylists, Rodan + Fields’ new hair care collection consists of eight products that feature the brand’s clinically tested RF TriEnergy Complex.
The formulation uses skin care technology that is designed to energize the scalp to support healthier hair, strengthen the scalp’s natural skin barrier by moisturizing and nourishing it, and protect hair from damage with plant-derived ingredients, according to the company.
The Volume+ Regimen line is designed to treat thin, flat hair as it moisturizes and nourishes the scalp with the Volume+ Shampoo, Volume+ Conditioner and Densifying+ Treatment.
The three-step system boosts thickness, repairs damage and minimizes hair fallout due to breakage while supporting long-term hair health—creating fuller, more voluminous hair instantly and over time.
In addition to the RF TriEnergy Complex, the Volume+ Regimen products are formulated with acetyl glutamine to plump the hair shaft for fuller-looking hair. Bio-ceramide molecules add volume and fullness while leaving hair smooth and flexible. And essential micronutrients help to maintain the scalp’s moisture barrier.
Designed to hydrate and repair dull, dry, frizzy hair, the Smooth+ Regimen collection comprises the Smooth+ Shampoo, Smooth+ Conditioner and Defrizz+ Oil.
The three-step regimen smooths, replenishes and repairs dry, damaged strands to create soft, shiny, frizz-free hair instantly and over time.
The products in the Smooth+ Regimen line incorporate hyaluronic acid to increase hydration, combat frizz and provide heat protection. Natural extract of rambutan seeds strengthen the hair and moisturize the scalp. Natural sugars renew damaged cuticles to restore smoothness and softness to the hair.
Rodan + Fields’ new hair care collection also includes two styling products:
- The Define+ Curl Cream uses hair-defending polymers and hyaluronic acid to prevent color fade and frizz while conditioning and defining soft, bouncy curls.
- The Refresh+ Dry Shampoo revives hair between washes with chamomile and rice starch that soothe the scalp and absorb oils.
